The GOAL of the Advantage Program is to share the love of Christ by empowering persons with physical disabilities to function independently and fully within the immediate community and society of Haiti.
The OBJECTIVES of the Advantage Program are to:
1. Increase the physical, emotional and economic capacity of persons with disabilities
2. Advocate alongside persons with disability to reduce social stigma and increase knowledge regarding abilities and legal rights

HISTORY: Since 2001, the Advantage Program has provided assistance to persons with physically disabling conditions in Les Cayes, Haiti. In 2010, the program received sponsorship of the 501c3 Medical Teams International (MTI), formerly Northwest Medical Teams. With the support of individuals, churches and grants, the Advantage Program has continued the foundational mission to provide physical rehabilitation, custom artificial limbs & braces, equipment, training, education, and empowerment to persons with disabilities.
